About Kim Vanderwiel

I'm Kim Vanderwiel, founder and CEO of the Practical Wellbeing Institute. My coaching draws on a deep-rooted background in clinical research, counselling, mindfulness, and meditation, underpinned by my own journey overcoming trauma, stress, and burnout. I am dedicated to empowering women who have suffered from past trauma, using personalized wellbeing strategies and time management to foster both recovery and resilience.
